Check the official calendar and agenda for the date, time, location and any changes. Regular meetings are generally held at the Historic Courthouse, 114 W. Atkins Street, Dobson. Confirm the location in the meeting notice.

The county's rules allow three minutes per speaker and up to 30 minutes for Open Forum. The chair may recognize speakers from the floor or use a sign-up sheet. Read the rules, pages 9–10 (opens in a new tab)
Choose a concern you can explain in your own words: searchable travel records, what repeated sightings can reveal or access by other agencies. You can discuss privacy without describing your own travel or your family's routines.
A direct request could be: “Please work with the Sheriff's Office to end the county's Flock program and remove county-operated cameras.”
Arrange a ride or meet at the courthouse. The chair may ask a group with the same viewpoint to choose a spokesperson. If that happens, individual concerns can also be sent by email.
